Mullah Wellness Shipping Policy

Welcome to Mullah Wellness. This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed on our website and applies to every customer, whether located in the United States or internationally. By placing an order with Mullah Wellness, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to every term and condition in this Shipping Policy.
We partner with Supliful and reputable third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others) for order fulfillment and shipping. While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, shipping is subject to many variables beyond our direct control. This detailed policy is designed to set clear expectations and protect both parties.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received and verified, excluding weekends and holidays. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays, new product launches, or high-demand times), processing time may extend up to 5 business days. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email if delays are expected, but we are not obligated to do so.
Once an order is processed and handed over to the carrier, it enters the shipping phase and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout (subject to availability and your shipping address):
- Standard Shipping (United States): 5–10 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping (United States): 2–5 business days after processing
- Priority / Express Shipping (United States): 1–3 business days after processing (where available)
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days after processing (varies greatly by country, customs, and local postal services)
These are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times can vary significantly due to carrier performance, weather, traffic, customs delays, local holidays, or other unforeseen events.
We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date. Any shipping speed selected at checkout is an estimated range, and you agree that minor delays do not constitute a breach of contract or grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
3. Shipping Costs and Responsibility
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- Order weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
All shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the order is delayed, lost, or returned. This includes cases where you refuse delivery or provide an incorrect address.
You are fully responsible for:
- Providing a complete, accurate, and current shipping address
- Monitoring your order tracking information
- Being available to receive the package or making arrangements for safe delivery (e.g., leaving instructions with the carrier)
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, insufficient address, or because you refused delivery, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs plus a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order value. We may also deduct the original outbound shipping cost before issuing any store credit (if any).
4. Risk of Loss and Title
Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed over to the carrier at our fulfillment center. From that moment, you bear all risks of loss, damage, or delay during transit.
We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed by the carrier after they leave our fulfillment partner’s facility.
5. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. It is your responsibility to track the package using the provided information.
Delivery is considered complete when the carrier marks the package as “delivered” according to their tracking system, regardless of whether you personally received it or signed for it.
If you claim non-receipt after the carrier shows “delivered,” you must provide official documentation (such as a police report) within 7 days. Even then, we reserve the right to investigate and may deny any refund or replacement at our sole discretion.
6. International Orders and Customs
For all orders shipped outside the United States:
- You are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by your country.
- These fees are non-refundable and must be paid directly to your local authorities.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, or seizures.
- Some countries may restrict or prohibit importation of dietary supplements. It is your responsibility to verify that our products are legal to import into your country before ordering. We will not refund orders that are seized or refused by customs.
International shipping times can be significantly longer and less predictable than domestic shipping. Delays of 3–6 weeks are not uncommon and do not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- Lost Packages: If a package is officially marked lost by the carrier (usually after 10–14 days past estimated delivery for domestic, longer for international), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or store credit after you file a claim with the carrier and provide proof.
- Damaged Packages: You must notify us with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We may require you to return the damaged item (at your expense) before considering a replacement or credit.
- Delayed Packages: Delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation. We encourage you to contact the carrier directly for resolution.
We are not liable for any consequential damages, lost profits, or inconvenience caused by shipping delays or issues.
8. Multiple Shipments and Split Orders
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, each package may have separate tracking and delivery dates. You are responsible for tracking all packages.
9. Subscription Orders
For subscription or auto-ship orders:
- Each shipment follows the same shipping policy.
- You may pause or cancel future shipments through your account, but previously shipped orders are subject to this policy with no refunds for shipping fees.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in shipping due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, war, terrorism, government restrictions, carrier failures, or supply chain disruptions.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that order. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
12. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from shipping or this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orange County, California.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mullah Wellness, its owners, operators, affiliates, Supliful, and carriers against any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your violation of this policy or failure to provide accurate shipping information
